APPLICANT MUST:
1.Be 25 years of age or older.
2.Provide a full ministry résumé.
3.Have 10 + years of ministerial or leadership experience
(Pastor, Evangelist, Chaplain, etc.).
4.Provide a letter of recommendation.
5.Complete a doctrinal statement of salvation, Trinity, and
Baptism.
6.Provide a recent photograph.
7.Send ALL required information in one single package; all
items must be typewritten.
8.Include an honorarium of $100.00 (hundred dollars).

Faith Theological Institute and Seminary (FATIS)
Faith Theological Institute and Seminary (FATIS) is an interdenominational institution committed to biblical truth, Christian leadership development, and excellence in theological education. We affirm the following fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith:
1. The Holy Scriptures
We believe that the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, and is the supreme standard for faith, doctrine, and Christian living (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
2. The One True God
We believe in one eternal God, existing in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, equal in power, glory, and majesty (Matthew 28:19).
3. The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, and His personal return in power and glory (John 1:1-14; Acts 1:11).
4. The Holy Spirit
We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit who convicts the world of sin, regenerates believers, indwells, sanctifies, empowers, and equips them for Christian service and witness (John 16:8; Acts 1:8).
5. Humanity and Sin
We believe that all people are created in the image of God but have fallen into sin through disobedience, thereby becoming separated from God and in need of salvation through Jesus Christ (Romans 3:23).
6. Salvation
We believe that salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not earned by human works but received through repentance and faith in the finished work of Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9).
7. The Church
We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, consisting of all true believers. The Church is called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, disciple believers, and serve humanity in the love of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13).
8. Christian Ministry
We believe that God calls and equips men and women for Christian ministry and leadership. The Church must prepare faithful servants who will preach the Gospel, teach biblical truth, and advance the Kingdom of God throughout the world.
9. The Ordinances
We believe in the observance of the ordinances instituted by Christ, namely Water Baptism and the Lord's Supper, as acts of obedience and testimony of faith.
10. The Resurrection and Eternal Life
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost. Those who have trusted in Christ shall inherit eternal life with God, while those who reject Him shall face eternal separation from God (John 5:28-29).
11. The Great Commission
We believe that every believer and every Christian institution is called to participate in the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations through evangelism, missions, teaching, and Christian service (Matthew 28:18-20).
12. Christian Character and Conduct
We believe that believers are called to live holy, godly, and Christ-centered lives, demonstrating integrity, love, humility, compassion, and obedience to God's Word.
